Download Application Form, Complete it. Scan it or Take a photo using your hand phone.

     

Go to https://www.genesisorigo.com/portal and REGISTER a new Account. EACH PARTICIPANT in the team including the leading teaching shall register an account.

     

Once you have activated your account, please click ENROLLMENT and select Go QuEST Quiz

     

Upload your completed application form from Step 1 and Register

     

After your enrollment to the Quiz is received and access has been activated, you will be able to see the following like the below:
