Cost & Management Accounting Subjects (CA / CMA)
Here you are going to learn different ways to recognise and classify costs. These are very important to undertake product or servic costing and how to control costs within an organisation. The syllabus throughout LCCI Levels 2 to 3 shall encompass the skills to use these information to prepare budgets, managing costs, managing working capital for business and decisions making.
Business Calculations / Advanced Business Calculations (BC / ABC)
These subjects are called business calculations because you will be mastering techniques needed to support business functions, such as interests calculations (think about loans), evaluating business profitability and managing liquidity and investment appraisals. These are skills needed by staff engaging in business decisions.
